Present Moment - Yoga and Spa Retreat, in Troncones Mexico

Although this appears to be a fluffy, relaxing vacation retreat it does offer the additional meditation classes and therefore fits within my criteria of at least one additional meditation only class outside of the yoga classes. The reason I say fluffy is because it’s a boutique hotel on the beach in Mexico, but it seems they dig a little deeper than most yoga only retreats. They even include a meditation manual that you can download off their website. There is a morning guided meditation class for $14usd if it isn’t included in the package you choose.

This property also hosts many outside yoga instructors for retreats.

The food here is outstanding, there is an enormous menu with lots to choose from, it’s considered gourmet cuisine by many of the guests. Free time can be used to enjoy some live music, relaxing on the beach or planned excursions,

Accommodations are thatched roof huts that are impeccably clean, but be forewarned they are not extremely private or secluded. They have small meditation gardens and views of the ocean or mountains for each hut.
