I'm so sorry to burst your bubble on this one everyone but... There aren't any Nateshvar Ken Scott Yoga Retreats.
Although it's not a Nateshvar Ken Scott Yoga retreat he is doing a talk at the IdeaCity conference June 18-20th, 2014 in Toronto, Canada. Please see their website for more information: http://www.ideacityonline.com/speaker/ken-nateshvar-scott-tesh/
Researching nateshvar ken scott yoga retreats doesn’t bring up much, and his website. www.nateshvar.com has been shut down and is up for sale. Maybe he’s eased his way into retirement from offering Nateshvar Ken Scott yoga retreats:(((
I’m assuming you already know who Nateshvar Ken Scott is… But just a few quick facts for you! He is credited as the founder of contact yoga in the 1980s. Contact yoga is now being popularized under a different name acro yoga, but I assure you it’s the same thing. His understanding of the meaning of yoga was union and what better way to embody that than to bring two working bodies together in a balanced dynamic posture. Nateshvar Ken Scott is also the man who Demi Moore credits her fabulous screen worthy body, which would explain his massive popularity. In addition to Demi Moore he had several other celebrity clients.
In his early days he was a gymnast and then a dancer, giving him plenty of strength and flexibility. He created Danskinetics and began teaching dance/exercise classes on a hectic schedule. Then one day he happened to stumble across the Kripalu yoga method and absolutely fell in love. When he began his teaching career he incorporated alot of dance into the movements and the classes became extremely fun and hence demand was high! Of course he was named one of the top ten yoga instructors in the United States.
His classes are always playful and fun, while he believed this was the path to enlightenment. Nateshvar Ken Scott teaches Thursdays at Aum Center Yoga in Toronto Ontario on Thursdays and Fridays. He doesn’t have any Nateshvar Ken Scott yoga retreats planned but please see our Kripalu yoga ) retreats page (coming soon!) to find something similar.
